I made this quilt originally for a dear cousin who was expecting her first girl–after having 5 boys! Since her name was very unique, I wanted a way to honor and showcase it. It measures small, only 41″ x 53″, but is a beautiful way to welcome a sweet snuggly baby into the world. And what’s even more fun? You can use up your scraps while you’re at it! I made the first versions of this quilt with Honeybuns by Moda, but they have since been retired. It’s ok though, because all you need are 1½” width of fabric strips, which you probably easily have in your very own scrap basket. Happy quilting!

Though I don’t have conversions to make this actual quilt in other sizes, check out Scrap Basket {remix} for a twin size version.
